As a specialist in Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, you will be responsible for the implementation of these systems. With over 5+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as a payroll functional expert preferably for India and US legislation, you will lead projects from requirement gathering to production support.The ideal candidate should have experience working on all phases of project like requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, train the trainer sessions, cutover, production support etc. You should also be able to integrate payroll with absences and costings to general ledger and PPM modules.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Oracle HCM cloud solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and solution design.Build detailed functional specification documents, test case preparations and functional testing.Work independently and as part of a team, being able to develop other colleagues.RequirementsCandidate must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support.Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements.Note: A strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll and ability to work independently is essential for this role.
