Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Developing and maintaining data pipelines, focusing on efficient data storage and retrieval processes.Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in data engineering.Requirements:To be successful as a Data Architecture Specialist, you will need:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of relevant experience in Data Engineering and delivery, with a focus on AWS and Snowflake.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in Agile Methodology and proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.Bonus Points:Candidates with experience in DevOps tools, cloud implementations, and data migration will be given preference. Additionally, knowledge of insurance industry processes, particularly claims and loss processes, is highly desirable.
