The successful candidate will provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their Oracle EBS R12 systems are running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide level 2/3 technical support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA)Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers, including data extraction, loading, and interfacesManage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independentlyThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12, with experience in SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues is essential. Experience with Oracle APEX is a plus. Additionally, the candidate must be able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules during the interview.
