Job Responsibilities: 

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual elements for both print and digital marketing campaigns. Your ability to create compelling storyboards, captivating layouts, and attention-grabbing infographics will be essential in conveying our clients' messages effectively.

Tools Knowledge: Adobe Creative Suits (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). Figma. MS Office, AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly etc. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop visually engaging storyboards and mockup layouts using Figma or InDesign.
  • Utilize Photoshop to edit images and enhance visual content for marketing materials.
  • Create custom layouts, brochures, flyers, and other print marketing collateral.
  • Design informative and visually appealing bar graphs, charts, and infographics.
  • Incorporate branding elements and maintain visual consistency across all designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve design quality continuously.
  • Showcase creativity by offering illustrations to complement marketing campaigns (if skilled).
  • Custom Illustration Skill.
  • Image Editing Skills.
  • Video Editing Skills at a basic level.
  • Proficient in using Canva.
  • UI design for the App and Website will be an added advantage.
  • Logo and Packaging Design Skill.
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver designs that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Experience working with Print and Digital Marketing collaterals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and actively participate in design discussions.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a graphic designer in print and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, Excel etc.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
  • Ability to create compelling storyboards and mockup layouts.
  • Experience in editing images and retouching photos.
  • Knowledge of creating custom layouts, charts, and infographics (Ebook, presentation design).
  • Illustration skills (an added advantage but not mandatory).
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing top-notch designs.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Salary:

40K - 50K month
