This role requires deep expertise in modular furniture systems, an understanding of premium residential fit-outs, and strong coordination capabilities to deliver flawless installations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end execution of modular interiors for luxury residential projectsCoordinate between design, factory, logistics, and site teams for timely and quality executionInterpret detailed modular shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on siteSupervise installation teams across cabinetry, paneling, and modular furniture systemsTrack project milestones, monitor costs, and ensure high-quality workmanshipManage site readiness checks and coordinate civil/electrical works in alignment with modular fitmentsMaintain daily site reports, snag lists, and client communicationEnsure project handover meets brand and client expectationsUphold safety protocols and quality standards at all timesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design5+ years experience in executing high-end modular interior projectsSound technical understanding of modular systems, finishes, and fitment tolerancesStrong ability to read and coordinate GFCs, shop drawings, and service layoutsProficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and basic CAD readingExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and team coordination skillsExperience working with high-net-worth clients or luxury home developers is a plusFlexibility to manage multiple sites and travel as required
