Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead our manufacturing operations.Strategic planning and execution of production plansQuality management systems complianceImplementation of process improvementsEquipment maintenance and calibrationLeadership and team managementPlan and execute monthly manufacturing/packing plansEnsure effective compliance of quality management system as per cGMP and international regulatory requirementsImplement systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operationsMaintain validated status of the injection facilityReview and approval of QMS elements and process documentsCoordinate with QA for self-inspection and compliance to audit observationsAs a senior manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to the growth and success of our organization, and develop your leadership skills. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
