Job OverviewWe are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Data Solutions strategy in the APAC region.Key Responsibilities:Build and scale a high-performing data team, focusing on hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.Design and govern unified data models and semantic layers for General Insurance, ensuring alignment with global standards.Deliver enterprise-level Power BI solutions, including certified datasets, reusable data products, and governed self-service analytics.Optimize Power BI platform governance, Premium capacity, XMLA, ALM/Deployment Pipelines, tuning, and workspace standards.Collaborate with Snowflake, Redshift, and Informatica teams to design scalable and auditable data pipelines.Lead the implementation of GenAI strategy for insurance analytics, leveraging RAG/embeddings, LLM prototypes, responsible AI, and compliance frameworks.Implement and operate data catalog and lineage platforms, including Purview, Collibra, Alation, and Informatica EDC.Drive cross-market program delivery and ensure strong executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven leadership experience in data strategy and solution development.Expertise in designing and governing data models and semantic layers.Strong understanding of enterprise-level Power BI solutions and governance.Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, including Snowflake and Redshift.Leadership skills in implementing GenAI strategies and responsible AI practices.Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Other Information:We are an equal opportunities employer.Successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks.Applicants must have the right to work in the region.
