Job Description Key Responsibilities:Session plan design, develop & Conduct the training.Should be aligned with the industry and can manage strong relationship with all the stake holders.keep control of the calendar in a proactive way, Create plan in consent with the Stake holdersDevelop, track, maintain and submit training reports and documentsEnsuring 100% of students attendance at all the timeAdministrative knowledge to handles a Training centreConducting regular feedback from batchesKeep learner's data in safe custodyCreate and maintain a good learning atmosphere/climateStrong guidance and instructions on how to conduct hands-on exercisesAn active listener and possess good questioning skillsExplain technical concepts with & without using "techy" terminology according to the target audience's knowledge level.Engage people and maintain a high level of interactivity during the training sessions Qualifications ITI/Diploma holder with 5-10 years of experienceExcellent understanding of Tower TechnologyPreferably from Telecom industry with knowledge on DG, Air conditioner, Battery bank, SMPS, Power equipment etc.Should have excellent command over Technical Skills and Soft Skills.Should be open for travelling, at least 24 days in a month.
