Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Applications expert to join our team as a Technical Consultant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing BI and OTBI reports and dashboards.The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical skill set with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud applications. You should be proficient in developing secure HCM BI and OTBI reports and dashboards, as well as having good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formulas.Responsibilities include:Candidate should have a minimum of 8-14 years of working experience in Oracle HCM cloud application.Should be proficient in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Should have good understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow.Knowledge on various customization tools would be a plus.Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production.Good Communication skill and effectively dealing with business team.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must have:Proficiency in developing secured HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.Experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formulas.Experience in data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.Understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow.Excellent analytical and debugging skills.Strong documentation and testing skills.Effective communication skills.BenefitsOur organization offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
