Job OverviewThe State Director will be the overall technical and administrative lead for epidemiological appraisals and situation assessments, program design, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of identified priority public health areas in Madhya Pradesh.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership to strengthen public health outcomes by identifying and addressing gaps in service availability, quality and utilization.Collaborate with senior management to support government initiatives, develop innovative solutions and improve population health outcomes.Support creation of interface with government, academic institutions and national organizations for project implementation.Oversee operational management, planning and controls including budget utilization of individual grants.Review progress against work plan and monitoring indicators, and report to senior management.RequirementsA Master's degree in medical sciences or a related field is preferred.
