The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding their learning needs and providing suitable course recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic and online counseling sessions with prospective students.Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.Track and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.Maintain detailed records of student interactions in the CRM system.Provide accurate information about courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.Meet weekly and monthly counseling and conversion targets.Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and address student queries with empathy.Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.Good understanding of the Ed-Tech domain (preferred).Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.About UsWe are a leading organization in the Ed-Tech industry, committed to providing quality education services.
