Role: Human Resource Intern


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain employee records, manage leave requests, and address employee inquiries and concerns. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs. Identify training needs and track employee development.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process by collecting and analyzing performance data. Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Provide administrative support for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining employee handbooks and policies.


Duration: 2 Months

Compensation: Unpaid

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Qualifications:
