Head-Equity Capital MarketThe Head-Equity Capital Market is a critical leadership role that oversees the firm's strategy for raising equity, managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-On Public Offerings (FPOs), Qualified Institutions Placement (QIPs) and other placements. This position leads in originating mandates through relationships with corporates and investors, ensuring regulatory compliance with SEBI guidelines, overseeing transaction execution including structuring, pricing and roadshows, building investor relations and guiding an ECM team to enhance shareholder value and market presence.Key Responsibilities:Originate new mandates by cultivating relationships with promoters, Private Equity funds and family offices.Investor Relations: Develop investor collateral, engage with Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs), Mutual Funds (MFs) and manage roadshows.Monitor equity markets, volatility and sector performance.Prepare pitch books and market commentary for internal advisors and clients. Strong understanding of capital markets and financial modeling is required.Requirements:Strong background in Investment Banking/ECM with 15+ years experience.Deep understanding of IPOs, QIPs and listing processes.
