What will be needed:
a passionate design practitioner, who is self taught or with bachelors/masters degree in design

B2B(preferred) and B2C products
a good listener, receptive to feedback, and clear in articulating the impact of your design in verbal
and visual presentation i.e. flows, information and navigation systems, storyboards, wireframes,
clickable prototypes
collaborate with UI development teams for an accurate implementation of the envisioned ideas
keeping in mind industry best practices for performance, adaptability, and accessibility
be proficient in designing experiences for multiple platforms (desktop, web, mobile)
be conversant with the digital product industry landscape, the experience design trends and its
mindful application in your design solutions
have the ability to seamlessly work from remote locations, and with remote cross-functional teams,
in an agile environment
be proficient with popular design, collaboration, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc)
active interest and demonstrated experience in thought leadership (events, conferences, webinars,
papers, blogs, etc.) will be a big plus.
