Job OverviewThe EDI Implementation and Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and optimization of our organization's eSolutions function and EDI capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Ensure seamless setup, maintenance, and configuration of partner integrations.Monitor systems to guarantee optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Promote adherence to EDI standards and introduce new transaction types based on business requirements.Analyze EDI processes for opportunities to improve data flows and enhance efficiency.Requirements:Expertise in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML) and communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP).Proven problem-solving skills.Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.Demonstrated customer focus with ability to meet project deadlines.Experience working in dynamic environments.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.At least 3 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI solutions, including logistics transactions.Project management experience.Team leadership experience.Healthcare industry experience is an asset.What We Offer:A chance to contribute to the success of our organization by driving EDI implementation and support initiatives.
