If yes — we’re looking for you.About the role:We’re searching for an innovative, detail-obsessed, and highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry division. This role is for someone who can build signature desserts, lead a team with precision, and elevate the brand’s sweet identity.Key responsibilities:Lead the pastry & bakery operations with creativity, consistency, and speed.Develop new-age, Instagram-worthy desserts and refine existing classics.Create seasonal menus, premium cakes, viennoiserie, artisanal pastries & plated desserts.Maintain high standards of taste, texture, presentation, hygiene & cost control.Train and mentor junior pastry chefs; build a high-performance team culture.Ensure production planning, inventory management, wastage control, and daily quality checks.Collaborate with Chefs & Founders on new product launches and festive collections.Execute bulk orders, VIP orders, corporate gifting & special event desserts.Monitor kitchen hygiene as per FSSAI standards.Requirements:8+ years of professional pastry & bakery experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or boutique patisseries.Strong expertise in Turkish pastry techniques, modern pastry, chocolate work, and plated desserts.Exceptional leadership, creativity, and eye for detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with consistency.Strong knowledge of costing, menu engineering & kitchen operations.What we offer:Competitive salary & performance bonusesCreative freedom to develop signature dessertsA chance to lead and build your own pastry teamA work culture that values innovation, discipline, and excellenceOpportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality group
