Project Coordinator Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of solar power projects.About the Role:Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Support in budget tracking and invoice processing.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.
