We help customers save time and money as they move from strategic Clinical & Quality management to widespread commercialization.Job OverviewLead solution design and delivery for data, analytics, and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains. Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for pharma clients.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end data platform architectures.Build scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns.Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.).Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements.Conduct design reviews, guide development teams and ensure solution quality.Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance.Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues.Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice.Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings.Identify opportunities & design solutions where AI can improve insights, automation, or workflow efficiency.
