Who we are looking for
We a r e looking for an instructor having minimum of 1+ years’ experience in delivering IWCF WIPC courses and holding following certificates.
Well Control and Well Intervention Pressure control IWCF Instructor Certificate
The key point is that you are highly motivated to deliver a better learning experience for the participants. We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of experience and generally the following skill sets:
Skilled in delivering key points of information to a diverse group of people.·
Helps participants obtain the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Develops interpersonal skills while offering a complete thorough lesson plan.
Highly organized Job Specialist Trainer successful at managing people and time.
Offers prompt feedback on training assessments, participant behaviour and overall effectiveness of each training session.
Must be highly self-driven and result oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills.
A structured way of working, showing attention to detail.
Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
