Academic Manager Job DescriptionTo provide guidance to school leaders and faculty members.Oversee curriculum implementation at educational centers.Supervise and conduct quality control checks at centers.Maintain open communication channels with Headmistress, teachers, and staff.Provide timely updates and feedback to the Headmistress.Develop a comprehensive virtual learning curriculum.Organize regular curriculum meetings nationwide.Coordinate daily tasks with HM and Principal.Collect and maintain center data for analysis.Monitor student admissions at centers.Guide centers on effective marketing strategies through events.Establish new centers and train staff accordingly.Support and mentor new Headmistresses.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.Collaborate with the Headmistress to resolve issues rather than providing instructions.Practice active listening and respond to feedback constructively.Ensure student safety by establishing clear boundaries.Regularly attend meetings at the head office.Key Skills and Qualifications:Strong leadership and management skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement curriculum plans.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in education or related field.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Chance to make a positive impact on students' lives.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Others:Job involves frequent travel to educational centers across the country.
