Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an AI Backend Developer. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining backend systems that power AI-driven functionalities for Paloma POS. Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions for pattern recognition, supporting natural language processing (NLP) features, working with neural network architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also ensure system scalability, performance optimization, and integration with frontend and external fintech services. Qualifications Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to build and refine AI models Strong background in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design Hands-on experience in Software Development, with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, and TypeScript Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Experience with database systems and handling large datasets is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
