We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a ServiceNow Administrator role. As part of this position, you will be responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its security, performance, and scalability. You will configure workflows, support users, and implement enhancements that improve service delivery.About the RoleThis is a mid-level position requiring 7+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations. Strong technical expertise is necessary in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support, as well as hands-on skills with CMDB & Domain separation.Key Responsibilities:CMDB (Configuration Management Database): Ensure accurate data and maintain CI relationship integrity.Domain Separation: Manage multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshoot domain conflicts.Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration, including managing technical configuration, building forms, creating reports and dashboards.User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, error identification/remediation, and manage platform upgrades and patches.Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, resolving technical issues related to the platform.Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders, implementing minor enhancements such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows using Flow Designer or JavaScript.Requirements:Must have:Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).Must have Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Domain Separation.Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication skills.Good to Have:Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts.Benefits:Dedicated Learning & Development Budget – Fuel your growth with resources dedicated to skill enhancement.Cutting-Edge Projects – Work on exciting projects using latest technologies.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy – Enjoy ample leave options to maintain healthy work-life balance.Absorbing a dynamic work environment that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and personal growth is essential for success in this role.
