Art Leadership PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art Director to lead our team in creating immersive game art experiences. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving artistic vision, inspiring teams, and delivering high-quality results.This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished artist to make their mark on the industry and collaborate with talented professionals to shape the future of gaming.Main Responsibilities:Define and execute the artistic direction for games, including style guides, visual identity, and concept art.Lead and mentor a team of artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure timely delivery of projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align art with game mechanics, UX, monetization, and performance budgets.Review and approve art assets to maintain quality, consistency, and technical feasibility.Optimize art assets for mobile performance, ensuring smooth gameplay and visually appealing graphics.Promote innovation and experimentation within the art team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.Communicate artistic vision to stakeholders, external partners, and internal teams through presentation materials and marketing collateral.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in game art, leadership, and team management.10+ years of experience in creating game art, with at least 5 years at senior level or above.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including optimization techniques and mobile performance constraints.Proficiency in Photoshop and other relevant software tools.A degree in Fine Arts, Game Development, or equivalent training/experience.About UsWe are a dynamic and innovative company passionate about creating engaging gaming experiences.
