We are a global leader in the technology arena, continuously striving to excel.Job DescriptionAdministration and development of SailPoint IIQ with emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality deliverables.Working closely with global teams to ensure seamless delivery and collaboration.Maintenance of IAM operational documentation, process, and procedures for efficient provisioning of entitlements to end-users.Identification and development of process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.Troubleshooting and resolution of SailPoint Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues.Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration.Establishing strong communication and collaboration between technical/ engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems.Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with SailPoint.Assisting in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams.Customization of workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications.Participation in internal and external audit activities by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits.Serving as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested.Experience in implementation, configuration, and customization of Identity and Access Management system SailPoint IIQ.Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain IAM operational documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Establish strong communication and collaboration among teams.Daily monitor tasks and system health.Assist in planning and conducting periodic access reviews.Customize workflows and forms.Participate in audit activities.Serve as an IAM liaison.Implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IIQ.Integrate enterprise and logical applications.Benefits:This role offers opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and collaborations with global teams.
