Motion Graphics and Post-Production LeaderDirect a team of artists, animators, and editors in creating motion designs, CGI, and post-production for global clients.Ensure exceptional quality across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing using industry-standard tools.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to translate briefs into motion-first executions.Key responsibilities:Establish best practices and workflow templates for motion and post projects across short-form, digital, and broadcast media.Define rendering, file-management, and QC standards to ensure delivery consistency.Partner with automation and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation or AI-assisted workflows.Manage studio capacity, scheduling, and quality control for multiple simultaneous projects.Ideal candidate has:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.
