Job Title: Growth Intern

Location: Bangalore / Onsite

Type: Internship

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Oct 2025

Stipend: Yes, 15,000 INR per month


What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential leads through LinkedIn, web tools, communities, and databases
  • Build and maintain lead lists; assist in outreach campaigns (emails, DMs, etc.)
  • Help craft outreach messages that align with our brand voice and convert
  • Track and analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements
  • Identify and evaluate new channels or tactics to grow awareness and inbound interest
  • Support the launch and tracking of growth experiments (e.g., referral programs, partnerships, community building)
  • Research competitor strategies and market trends
  • Help manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Create content (posts, visuals, short videos) that showcases our culture, team, and open roles
  • Collaborate with team members to gather stories, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Monitor engagement and report on performance of employer brand campaigns


Who You Are

  • Student or recent graduate in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, growth, and employer branding
  • Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn, Excel, Notion, Canva (or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, curious, and not afraid to try new things or reach out to people
