Job Title: IT Specialist - macOS ExpertWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist - macOS Expert to provide exceptional support for our macOS ecosystem.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch technical support and collaborating with colleagues.The ideal candidate will possess:A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Mac-based environmentExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectivelyExperience working in HelpDesk or Desk side Support roles, with a strong understanding of macOS systems and applicationsStrong written and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise technical documentationAbout the Role:The IT Specialist - macOS Expert will be responsible for providing end-user support for our macOS services, including but not limited to:Endpoint Backup and Data ProtectionManaged Print Services and Document ManagementmacOS Software Administration, including packaging and deploymentThe successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting site license applications, from procurement to installation, and contributing to the development of a robust macOS support framework.Key Responsibilities:The IT Specialist - macOS Expert will be expected to:Provide timely and effective support for end-users, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and technical expertiseCollaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performanceDevelop and maintain detailed knowledge of macOS systems, applications, and best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trendsContribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and other resources to support the team's efforts
