Develop robust leadership and succession pipelines to prepare future-ready leaders and ensure continuity for critical roles. Design and lead integrated strategies for talent acquisition, performance, rewards, and retention that attract, develop, and retain top global talent. Strengthen HR capabilities and leadership maturity across the organization to ensure measurable ROI and alignment with Altudo’s evolving business landscape. Uphold the highest standards of governance, compliance, and ethics in all people practices, fostering trust and transparency across geographies. Who you are: You are a strategic and people-first leader who thrives on building culture, scaling systems, and inspiring teams. You blend empathy with execution, business strategy with human insight, and purpose with performance. You bring: 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role driving HR transformation and organizational growth. Experience leading HR in a fast-growing IT or digital consulting environment. MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School with a strong foundation in business and people strategy. Proven ability to work in fast-evolving environments and deliver clarity through structure and communication. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, combined with empathy and sound judgment. Thorough understanding of employment laws, compliance frameworks, and global people practices. Ability to connect business purpose with people decisions, think systemically, and act decisively.
