It requires a deep involvement in innovation processes from conducting thorough competitor analysis to actively participating in the development of the lifecycle of cabin products.Key Responsibilities:Critical AccountabilitiesConduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to uncover trends and best practices contributing insights into design and innovation strategies.Develop the lifecycle of cabin, galley, and seating solutions from concept to launch with a focus on technical excellence and innovation.Collaborate with stakeholders to detail and refine aircraft configurations ensuring designs meet customer expectations and operational feasibility.Product Improvement and MaintenanceLead specific projects aimed at improving and maintaining cabin products incorporating customer feedback and industry trends to enhance the in-flight experience.Implementation of New Cabin ProductsCoordinate with relevant teams to support the smooth implementation of new cabin products focusing on technical aspects and user experience integration.Cabin Maintenance CoordinationSupport cabin maintenance planning and execution working closely with maintenance teams to ensure product quality and safety.Feedback Consolidation and Process ReviewAssist in the feedback collection and review process identifying key areas for improvement and facilitating effective communication across teams.Educational and Experience RequirementsMandatory Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering preferably aerospace engineering.6-8 years of experience in aviation/aerospace industry.Performance MetricsOperational performance metrics.On time completion of projects.Successful launch and implementation of new cabin products.Timely completion of cabin maintenance schedules.,
