Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires expertise in Oracle HCM or Oracle Fusion EPM, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support for our HR systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM modules and hands-on knowledge in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting Oracle applications. This is an onsite role, demanding excellent analytical and communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignment of Oracle solutions with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support Oracle HCM and Oracle Fusion EPM modules, ensuring configurations align with business requirements.
  • Conduct requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM applications.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather business needs, define solutions, and provide ongoing support.
  • Customize and configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and other Oracle HCM functionalities to enhance user experience.
  • Manage system updates, new feature adoption, and ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve any functional issues in the Oracle HCM applications.
  • Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM/EPM upgrades, patches, and improvements and make recommendations as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) or Oracle Fusion EPM.
  • Proven track record of working on Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM/EPM functionalities.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis, reporting, and customizations within Oracle applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or Fusion environment, with experience in migrations or upgrades.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM or Oracle Fusion EPM is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
