Project Coordinator RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective project execution.Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.Read and interpret technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Calculate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects.Work efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management.Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel.Collaborate with internal teams production logistics sales and projects to ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:Excellent coordination skills with clients and internal teams.Strong communication skills written and verbal for professional email correspondence.Ability to read and understand technical drawings related to doors and partitions.Proficiency in quantity estimation of doors and related hardware accessories.Experience working on ERP portals is preferred.Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting.Technical background DiplomaDegree in Civil Mechanical or relevant field or industry experience in doors partitions or construction materials is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in fire doorpartition manufacturing or a similar industry.Prior experience in project coordination.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a chance to grow and develop your skills.About Us:We are a leading company in the industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and services.
