Job OverviewMaeon Laboratories LLP is a leading polymer testing laboratory with NABL accreditation. They specialize in testing various polymer materials and products, including plastic materials, rubber products, composites, foams, sponges, films, coated fabrics, adhesives, tapes, belts, sealing elements, and product functional and durability tests.The Senior Testing Coordinator oversees daily testing operations, coordinates among departments, ensures adherence to testing protocols, verifies test reports, checks feasibility of customer requirements, prepares quotations, manages project timelines, and communicates with clients.Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferredStrong communication skills for client interactions and internal coordinationProficiency in Program Management and Project Management skillsExperience in providing Training and Education to staffExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesPrior experience in a similar role within a NABL testing laboratory environment advantageousAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbout the RoleThis challenging role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
