Canva only if you know what you’re doingKeep up with what’s trending on social and make it look coolerBonus if you can edit short videos or reelsWho We’re Looking ForAround one year of design experienceAgency experience preferred (because agency life is fast, messy, and fun in a different way)A good eye for layout, typography, and colorYou know how to make people stop scrolling.You bring ideas instead of waiting for directionYou’re chill, responsible, and not a ghostMust-Haves• 1+ year of experience in graphic design• Solid portfolio with diverse design work• Good Wi-Fi and remote-ready setup• Ability to take feedback and turn it into gold (or at least, better layouts)This Role is Not For:Canva copy paste peopleDesigners who want senior money for junior workFolks who vanish without a wordPeople afraid to experimentPay & Growth:Pay range: ₹1.8 to ₹3.0 LPA, based on your skills, past work, and assignment quality.If you deliver strong work and show real growth in your first month, you’ll be reviewed for a quick performance hike of up to 10 percent.The hike is performance based and not guaranteed.
