We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical Consultant to deliver exceptional technical expertise in building and supporting RICE components across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.About the RoleIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions/Personalizations, Workflows) that drive business growth and efficiency.Design, develop, and support high-quality RICEW objects to meet the evolving needs of our clients.Bustling with energy, build/maintain XML Publisher reports (including bursting) and legacy Reports 6i/10g to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.Develop robust PL/SQL code: packages, procedures, functions, APIs, triggers; optimize queries and handle data fixes to ensure seamless system performance.Create and support interfaces & conversions (e.g. supplier/customer loads; barcodes; pre-printed stationery; on-hand, item/BOM/WIP transactions) that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.Configure and customize OAF personalizations and Workflow where required to meet specific client needs.Manage ticket queues (incidents, problems, change requests); participate in CRP/UAT, cutover, and hypercare; assist with month-end support to ensure continuity and stability.Collaborate closely with business users and client SMEs; translate requirements into technical specs; create MD70/tech design docs and deployment guides to foster strong relationships and drive success.Follow SDLC, version control, and release/change processes; create alerts/monitoring for failed concurrent requests to maintain system reliability and security.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will require:Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with a deep understanding of RICE components and their applications.Exceptional technical expertise in PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and legacy Reports 6i/10g.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery.BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, you can expect:A competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects.A collaborative and dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and creativity.The opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects that make a real difference to our clients and their businesses.OthersIf you are a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical expertise, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
