Job TitleProgram Manager, E-Learning DeliveryAbout the RoleThis is a key position that will oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-module Life Sciences learning content development programs.Responsible for program execution and delivery roadmap governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment.Develops project plan, module-wise development calendar, risk register, and tracking dashboard.Coordinates cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers, Content Writers, SMEs, eLearning Developers, Animators, QA, and LMS teams.Facilitates requirement workshops, sprint planning, stand-ups, weekly governance calls, and Steering Committee reviews.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning program execution, delivery roadmap governance, and stakeholder alignment.Developing and managing project plans, calendars, and risk registers.Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Facilitating workshops, meetings, and governance calls.Evaluating quality criteria and deliverables, accuracy, pedagogy, interactivity, and user experience.Managing dependencies, risks, escalations, and proactively addressing them.Delivering timely reports on project status, RAG dashboards, risk logs, variance analysis, financial tracking, and learner feedback integration.Qualifications and SkillsExpertise in instructional design, quality assurance, and SCORM/xAPI specifications.Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.Benefits and OpportunitiesThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop new skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
