Security Systems Analyst

Job OpportunityThe role of a Level 1 Security Monitoring Specialist involves continuous monitoring and analysis of security systems to ensure the organization’s overall security posture remains optimal.Initiate the process of triaging all security alerts to assess their severity and authenticity.Conduct real-time monitoring and analysis of IPS related alerts from Check Point products.Examine reports from Palo Alto malware sandboxing to determine if files are malicious.Monitor traffic anomalies and alerts from NetScout perimeter DDoS tools.Investigate and document all security incidents and events in a detailed and timely manner.Escalate confirmed security incidents to Level 2/3 analysts or other support teams as required.Adhere to established incident response procedures at all times.RequirementsTo excel in this position, candidates must possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
