We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Contract Professional to oversee and manage subcontractor agreements. The ideal candidate will track contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our contractual relationships and mitigating risks.The successful candidate will maintain a comprehensive database of all subcontractor contracts, create clear and concise contract abstracts summarizing key terms, obligations, and potential risks, draft and prepare subcontractor contracts using templates with guidance from outside counsel, and ensure all contracts include necessary terms, conditions, and amendments to reflect project-specific needs.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, construction project management, or a similar role, strong understanding of subcontractor agreements, construction contracts, and compliance requirements, proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Responsibilities include managing subcontractor contracts, tracking contract milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements, creating clear and concise contract abstracts, drafting and preparing subcontractor contracts, ensuring all contracts are compliant with legal and company standards, collaborating with project managers and outside legal counsel.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of the organization.
