Senior Automation TesterWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our Engineering and Operations function as a Senior Automation Tester.This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in software testing, manual and automated, who wants to bring new features to life and support the products' move to modern agile and technical practices and architectures.The ideal candidate must be able to provide:Able to work in an autonomous, self-responsible and self-organised way.6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated.Knowledge of software testing theory.The successful candidate will have strong experience working with modern test automation frameworks and tools (such as Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Allure) and different testing practices (from unit to E2E, functional and non-functional) specifically integrated within CI/CD.They will also have strong knowledge of Java development for tests, understanding of OOP concepts and experience working with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, Kibana, Grafana, etc.).Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of API testing and REST APIs, familiar with cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) and knowledge in multiple platform concepts (Micro-services, Event-driven Architecture).The role requires effective communication skills in English and willingness to work with on-call duties - approximately 1 week on call every 8 weeks.Nice to have qualifications include good experience in SQL and relational database concepts, experience writing clean code in different programming languages (Java, Python, Kotlin, JavaScript TypeScript), experience with Behavior-driven Development and experience with APP test automation tools.
