The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional and technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with system enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and train other support specialists to ensure seamless support for end users.Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Business Central users, resolving configuration, data, and user errors efficiently.Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and system performance.Document support cases, resolutions, and user guides to maintain accurate records.Required Skills:5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central, including knowledge supporting clients with financials, supply chain, and manufacturing.Proficiency in several ISV Products.PowerBI and PowerAutomate experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small project group.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Smart-Sheets and Microsoft Excel.Experience with Microsoft D365 Business Central configuration package imports.
