Senior Physical Design LeadWe are seeking highly experienced Senior Physical Design Leads to join our team in leading the development of complex IC designs.10+ years of experience in Physical Design with mainstream P&R toolsBachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or VLSI EngineeringDesign and lead teams on 10nm/7nm/5nm or lower nodes designs for multiple customersExpertise in resolving critical design issues and optimizing designs for maximum performanceDeveloping innovative flow and methodology for placement, CTS, and routingProviding training and technical support to internal and external customersStrong experience in place & route flow (placement guidelines, clock-tree synthesis, routing, timing optimizations)Proficiency in hierarchical designs and/or Low Power implementation is a significant advantageKnowledge of Physical Verification (DRC/LVS/DFM, chip finishing) and ability to apply it effectively
