Job Title: SAP SD - IS Retail
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Job Location : Hyderabad & Bangalore.

Job Summary:
▪ 13-15 years of relevant experience in SAP along with strong sales domain in any of the industries like Automobile, FMCG,
Retail, Trading, , Retail, Pharma, Cement, Textiles.
▪ Minimum of 4-5 full SAP SAP CS E2E implementation experience, rollout experience will be added advantage.
▪ Leadership experience – 2-3 year in a team lead role. Must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management / Clients.
▪ SAP IS-Retail Functional Consultant.
▪ Roles & Responsibilities:
▪ Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
▪ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
▪ Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
▪ Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module.
▪ Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
▪ Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
▪ Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
▪ Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
▪ Provide ad-hoc training and users.

Desired Skills & Experience:
▪ At least 5 -7 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications.
▪ Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial,Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain).
▪ Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project.
▪ Profound understanding of Retail business processes Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
▪ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
▪ Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
▪ Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
▪ Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities.
▪ General: Strong executive presence and ability to interact at various levels.
▪ Leadership through communication, coaching, and mentoring to achieve collective success.
▪ Excellent facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels.
▪ Excellent soft skills and verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
▪ Able to link the business wish to an IT solution Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow.
▪ Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.
