UPSC Educator

Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and preparing students for UPSC examinations.About the RoleThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Siliguri. The UPSC Faculty will design and deliver high-quality study materials, conduct classes, mentor students, and guide them in their preparations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and teach structured lesson plans to prepare students for UPSC examinationsCreate academic resources to support student learningAnalyze student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvementRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:In-depth knowledge of UPSC syllabus, exam patterns, and current affairsStrong teaching, communication, and presentation skillsExperience in creating structured study plans and academic resourcesAnalytical and problem-solving skills for explaining complex conceptsA bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Political Science, History, Public Administration) and prior experience in UPSC coaching or a similar teaching role are preferredPassion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their goalsWe OfferThis is a great opportunity for an experienced educator to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
