Senior Project Manager

Job Description· Working in an international environment and global Clients· Independent management of the projects;· Supervision over all phases of the project implementation (design, testing, implementation and support);· Cooperation with the internal departments of strategy, creation, and technology;· Preparation of project documentation (cost estimate, schedule, reports, client statuses, etc.);· Delegating tasks, briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance.· Running projects using production automation tools and methodologies (JIRA, Agile, other internal tools)· Owning regular, timely updates on project progress to the client· Verification of definition of ready and definition of done for provided inputs and received deliverables· Tracking relevant KPIs, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and issues/risks flaggingQualifications· Minimum 10+ years of experience in the digital/eCommerce industry or in a similar position in an independent, client-facing role· Project management methodologies knowledge· Experience in time scheduling, requirements analysis and experience with work automation tools· Experience in running eCommerce or digital projects (content production, websites, landing page, newsletters, iMedia)· Understanding of eCommerce content fundamentals (content best practices, accessibility principles, key global retailers capabilities and requirements)· Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project (customer / customer service)· Very strong English· Following trends in the world of digital marketing, eCommerce and new technologies.· Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Confluence, Teams.· Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel· Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
