Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester Technical lead with a strong background in Selenium, Copado Robotics testing (CRT), and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.

· Design and implement test frameworks and reusable components.

· Perform continuous release testing to ensure that the latest software builds meet quality standards.

· Create and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications to validate functionality and integration.

· Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and create effective test strategies for both Salesforce and non-Salesforce applications.

· Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

· Provide timely feedback on test results and assist in troubleshooting issues.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.

· Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Generate detailed test reports and metrics to communicate test progress and outcomes.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation and Salesforce.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.

· Strong knowledge of Continuous Release Testing (CRT) processes and tools.

· Good to have -Hands on experience with Salesforce development and testing, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java.

· Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
