Job Overview The ideal candidate will oversee OTM upgrade initiatives, design functional enhancements, and optimize database performance to drive business growth. Lead OTM upgrade efforts (on-premise/in-place) to version 6.5.3, ensuring seamless transition with minimal downtime. Design and implement tailored functional enhancements that meet business needs, driving process efficiency and effectiveness. Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations to guarantee high-quality outcomes. Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance for optimal system responsiveness. Collaborate on infrastructure and integration support for OTM environments, promoting alignment and cohesion across teams. Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing operations support, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions. Document solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure continuity and expertise within the team.
