Job Description:Material receipt received from various plant and check with batch, product, batch size and qty.All given batch verify and check with physical and SAP systems.Production taken in Excel sheet maintain and match with SAP systems.Printing label for product name, batch no, Mfg. date. Exp. date, bag/drum no. net wt. gross wt. and give to labor supervisor under supervision for material ready for dispatch.All dispatch material is arrange in rack by product wise with product label.Planning for local dispatch as per dispatch order given by ho and instruction given by head of the department.Arrange certificate of analysis of quality control for dispatch material.Supervision of loading for material in batch wise and total quantity.As per planning export material ready for dispatch as per given dispatch order given by export department and head of the department.Ensure all product label, sticker, UN. No and all other packing material for finish goods stock level maintain as per requirement and guide line by head of the department.All ISO tanker and container for export stick UN label, screen, product shipping mark given as per dispatch advice of export. Material loading supervision, weight of container, prepaid of VGM with weight slip.Selling for GST seal and shipping seal agency of container and tanker.All local bill prepaid SAP systems and update daily.Prepaid Chillan, gate pass, E-Way Bill, IRN related dispatch.All dispatch details update by email against dispatch to head office to marketing department.Daily Supervision of go down area clean.Daily update FG production details in excel sheet and verify with physical and SAP Systems.Audited every 15 days for all finish goods material with internal auditor and send to report to auditor.Audited every month end all finish goods material with internal auditor and send to report to auditor.All material kept in rack by systematic.Also knowledge of RM GRN making /Raw inward/issue to plant/maintain tank farm report in absent of RM supervisor.Knowledge of Export documentation and Billing of Export invoicing in absent ofExport handling person.Over all stores activities in handling knowledge is must.
