Managing HCP Activities:
Tracking of HCP marketing activities
Maintaining activity-wise budget v/s actual spend tracker
Preparing agreements and uploading it in CLMS system
Doctor vendor creation in SAP
Claim settlement through IPD system & sharing payment tracker with sales team on a monthly basis
Follow up with ABM‘s for belief status of Speakers & attendees of HCP activity, omnicuris activity etc.
Provision of unsettled claim of HCP activities

Samples & Reconciliation:
Preparing sample allocation for sales team as per NSM‘s instruction & coordinate with SCM team for dispatches
Checking samples distributed by sales team as per Maximal norms & sharing the report with team
Prepare Sample monitoring report & checking deviations of each BO on a quarterly basis
Sharing sample deviation report with sales team seeking clarification & documentation of the same
Uploading HCP inputs in Phyzii, tracking expiry of inputs as per LMR ID
TDS working of distributed samples by HCPs & sharing it with Finance team

Admin Support:
Maintaining headcount (vertical split) report of sales team
Arranging visiting cards & working bag of sales team
Hotel Booking Sales Team for any meetings
Dispatch of HCP related inputs to sales team by preparing gate pass, address format & checklist
Support in Geo tagging project

Trade Marketing Support:
Creation of new trade marketing vendors in SAP
Raising trade marketing related PR and follow-up for PO
Vendor invoice processing & follow-up for payment
Maintaining tracker of trade marketing budget spend
Preparing trade marketing provision

Other:
Keeping track of resigned employees data for sampling, etc.

WHO YOU ARE:
Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 4 years relevant experience, with a strong understanding of Pharma
Should have experience in SAP Vendor Creation, PR/PO creation
Should have working knowledge of Phyzii (preferred) or equivalent CRM system
Should have Pharma experience
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work independently and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Understanding of Sales Performance Metrics
Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking Skills
