We’re focused on building data-driven insights to enhance visibility, performance, and customer experience across our marketplace.About the Role:We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketplace Optimization Analyst to support our product, growth, and operations teams in improving how experiences perform across Thrillark.The role is ideal for freshers who enjoy analysing patterns, spotting gaps, and contributing to improvements that directly impact visibility, ranking, and user engagement.What You’ll DoMonitor and analyse performance data for experience listingsIdentify gaps in visibility, ranking, and discoverability across the platformRecommend optimizations based on trends and performance signalsCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement improvementsSupport in building simple reports to highlight key insights and outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForAnalytical mindset with good attention to detailInterest in digital products, marketplaces, or travel platformsAbility to interpret information logically and communicate insights clearlyBasic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus (not mandatory)Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environmentWhat You’ll GainHands-on exposure to marketplace performance & optimizationExperience working closely with cross-functional teamsOpportunity to contribute directly to product visibility and user engagementA strong foundation for future roles in product, growth, or data analysis
