You will drive end-to-end development, mentor developers, and play a critical role in shaping system design, code quality, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications using Java (11+), Spring Boot, microservice, microfrontend and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular)Own the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable microservices and frontend interfaces (Web & Mobile)Deliver scalable RESTful APIs, database schemas, and integration layersOptimize system performance, scalability, availability, and securityCoordinate closely with Product, DevOps, QA, Frontend, Business teams for successful deliveryEstablish and enforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and clean coding practicesMentor and guide junior/mid-level developers; support performance reviews and skill developmentDrive agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and estimation.Make technology choices for backend and frontend components, tools, and frameworks Must-Have Skills & Experience:812 years of experience in software development with a strong full stack focusBackend: Java 11+, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, MicroservicesFrontend: or Angular (must be strong in at least one)Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScriptProficiency in Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and KubernetesCloud experience with AWS, GCP, or AzureFamiliarity with testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Cypress, etc.Exposure to message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ (optional but preferred)Solid experience in Agile methodologies, sprint leadership, and technical project planning Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills):Experience with gRPC, GraphQL, or event-driven architectureExposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean ArchitectureExperience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm)Background in SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce, or high-scale transactional systems Leadership Attributes:Proven experience mentoring and leading full stack teamsStrong decision-making and technical ownershipEffective communicator, able to translate business needs into tech deliverablesBias for action and ability to hustle in startup environments
