Job Title: Content EditorLocation: KoramangalaTimings: Mid ShiftExperience Required: 3+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to 7LPAKey ResponsibilitiesReview, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistencyIdentify and correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errorsEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voiceCollaborate with writers and SEO teams to refine content for search optimization and readabilityPerform fact-checking and verify sources to maintain credibilityProvide constructive feedback to writers for continuous content improvementMonitor and enforce best practices for content structure, flow, and coherenceManage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality contentRequirementsBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field3+ years of experience in content editing, proofreading, or copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or SEO-focused contentStrong command of grammar, syntax, and punctuation with exceptional attention to detailKnowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content structuring for better search engine visibilityFamiliarity with content management systems (WordPress, CMS tools) and editing software (Grammarly, Hemingway or similar)Ability to provide constructive feedback to writers for continuous improvementExcellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Skills (Good to Have)Understanding of Google Search Console, Ahrefs or other SEO analytics tools
